Francesca Vimercati
It is with great pleasure that I want to share with you the story of Francesca, a young woman who has made Murano glass her passion and her life mission.
I have known Francesca since 2019, when she participated in the one-month course on Murano glass processing that I had the honor of teaching. Right from the start I could sense his dedication, his curiosity and his natural talent for glass art. Over the course of the lessons, I had the privilege of being her teacher and tutor, guiding her through the traditional techniques and challenges of glassmaking.
During that month, I saw Francesca face every challenge with determination and passion, dedicating her body and soul to her art. Her creativity and commitment did not escape my attention, and I was deeply impressed by her desire to learn and grow as a glass craftswoman.
After the course, Francesca continued to cultivate her passion for Murano glass, devoting herself to the study and research on the history and traditional techniques of Venetian glass art. And today, I am pleased to announce that Francesca graduated with a thesis on Murano, a work that represents the culmination of her commitment and dedication.
Francesca's thesis is not only a testament to her knowledge and experience in the field of Murano glass, but it is also a tribute to her determination and passion to preserve and promote this ancient art. I am deeply proud to have been part of his journey and to have been able to contribute to his success.
Francesca is an extraordinary example of how passion and perseverance can lead to exceptional results. I am sure that her work will continue to inspire and influence future generations of glass craftsmen, and I can't wait to see where her talent will take her in the future.
Congratulations, Francesca, on this incredible milestone. Your success is well deserved, and I am sure you will have a bright and successful future in the world of Murano glass art.
